Tried to install product, no mounting plate right outta the box, called customer service several times, got hung up on 3 times, wouldn't give me any answers and wouldn't replace it. Keep in mind I've owned it for 2 weeks

Purchased my Frigidaire over the stove Microwave as the home I just purchased had an old counter top model. I LOVE my new one. It is sleek, clean lines and has every function you could want. I've used the auto buttons for potatos, melting butter, reheating and defrosting. The preset minute buttons are great for heating a cup of water and the 10-30 second buttons make it all the easier. The inside is bright and easy to wipe clean. I now have all new Frigidaire appliances in my kitchen as I also did a Fridge and Gas Stove. I now have extra counter space and an updated looking kitchen.

So far microwave has worked as expected. Door hangs a little uneven, but closes fine. Features i dont love- only 2 fan settings of Hi or Low, and only one under counter light setting (my old microwave had 5 fan settings and 2 lighting settings).

40+ years owning Frigidaire

I had Frigidaire appliances when growing up. When I set up house and needed to purchase appliances I went with what I knew I have not had a bad experience with ANY of the Frigidaire appliances that I have purchases over the 40+ years. The reason for the upgrade to new appliances was my built-in wall oven died the temperature control or mother board was discontinued in 2013 and that was purchased in 1998. So needless to say I have always purchased Frigidare for the ease of use and the longevity of the brand.

Everything on the smart wave works great. I have not even explored all the functions yet. But it's quiet that he 12. Although the door doesn't line up exactly I did go At the same model at home depot and it had the same issue. So I think it's just designed that way. But other than that it works great.

I ordered and recieved the 1.8 Cu. Ft Over-the-Range Microwave as a part of a Fridgeidaire bundle. I'm more than pleased with this microwave and all the bells and whistles it has. I haven't used a microwave to cook in over 10 years as the previous microwave I had was so small so this is amazing. It was fairly easy to install (anything difficult was due to having an old farmhouse).I would highly recommend!

Everything went smoothly from unpacking the unit to setting the real time clock after the install. The instructions and templates were spot on and easy to understand. I did take an extra step and watch a few DIY videos on OTR microwaves before I tried it live. Make sure you have the right tools including a stud finder as it makes the job that much easier. The unit is great and heats stuff better, quicker than the one I replaced. Love the LED lights and door handle.
